the location is very convenient. it is close to public transportation so travelling to different places was easy! the staff was helpful. they stored our luggage free of charge.

The breakfast was average. It did not offer much of a variety. the air conditioning in the room was not very effective though it ran constantly.

the staff really impressed me with their friendliness and efficiency. the reception staff were helpful (i needed directions), and they quickly addressed my questions. the breakfast staff were also very professional, and the cleaning crew did a very efficient and thorough job daily.

the refrigerator in my room was empty. i expected a minibar, but there were no items available for purchase. this would have been convenient, especially since i wanted a cold drink in the evenings.
